I must say, I've become to quite like Dale & Sophie from Channel 9's block series this year.

They have that slight quirky touch and vintage feel to there rooms which is great.

So this week in their room reveal we seen the guest bedroom and hallway.

I must say like I've said once before! exposed brick is a sight for sore eyes to me, and not to mention the noodle light! just adds that bit of extra character. Also love the floor lighting to illuminate the textures and earthy colours from the bricks and adds a nice warmth and ambiance.

Loving the simple choices here but they make a nice impact. I'm not usually one for decals or wall stickers but I think this painted/decal bed head is great.

This little guy makes me laugh :D

Vintage Americana

Just a quick and easy post today. Since I have so many mags especially Real Living :) which would have to be one of my favourites of all time. sitting all over the place I tend to forget whats inside each one so nothing better to do than re read and flick over the pages once more, why not!

So after doing that for a few magazines I found these few pictures of place that i didn't really find attractive, until now i must say.

I think you have to be in different moods to appreciate different styles of interiors and concepts.

I love the mix of all kinds of things and the cowboy boots below.

The old chesterfield, well what it appears to resemble ads that Americana feel

and the retro smeg fridge making a great come back!

MONA & friends - Hobart Tasmania

So kind of chilly and damp but wow Mona's architecture and different textures are beautiful! I've been here once before but didn't have the trusty iPad to do a post on the spot!

I love the glass cylinder elevator and the industrial feel it has. The use of sandstone, iron, and recycled wood is beautiful! I must say its a must see for all, even if your not interested with what's inside like myself just come look at the building.

Apart from Mona, wandering around Salamanca was rather pleasant also.

All the old sandstone buildings was great. The different raw textures were beautiful. All the shops have their own little personalities about them it's fantastic.

Barcelona, the maker, retro cafe, and many more.... A great place to spend the day and enjoy the sun and more.
